Energy Transfer LP will pay a quarterly cash distribution of $0.21 per Series I preferred unit, the company said on April 19.
The distribution will be payable May 15 to Series I unitholders of record by May 1.
Additionally, Energy Transfer issued a March 20 notice to redeem all outstanding Series E preferred units on May 15 at a redemption price of $25 per unit.
Unitholders of record by May 1 will separately receive accrued distributions of $0.475 per unit until May 15, Energy Transfer said.
