Description
A Des Moines Granite Wash horizontal discovery was announced by FourPoint Energy LLC in the western Anadarko Basin. Located in Roger Mills County, Okla., #2HA Beverly 31-12-26, is producing 4.5 MMcf of gas, 95 bbl of 55-degree-gravity condensate and 1.96 Mbbl of water per day. A north-trending lateral was drilled to 17,738 ft, 12,897 ft true vertical, and is in Section 31-12n-26w. It was tested after acidizing and fracturing at 13,100-17,647 ft. Gauged on a 28/64-in. choke, the shut-in tubing pressure was 1,150 psi and the flowing tubing pressure at 987 psi. FourPoint Energy’s headquarters are in Denver.
