Description
In the southern part of the Anadarko Basin, FourPoint Energy LLC completed horizontal Des Moines Granite Wash producer. The Denver-based company’s #1HC Foxtrot 21-10-19 is in Section 21-10n-19w of Washita County, Okla. It produced 4.34 MMcf of gas, 75 bbl of 45-degree-gravity oil and 3.62 Mbbl of water per day. Gauged on a 64/64-in. choke, the flowing tubing pressure was 2,830 psi. It was drilled to the north to 17,022 ft (12,424 ft true vertical). Production is from a perforated and treated zone at 12,876-16,873 ft. According to FourPoint, the Des Moines target underlying Section 21 is about 93 ft thick, has 8% porosity and 49% water saturation. Recoverable original gas-in-place was calculated at 21.6 Bcf.
