In Armstrong County, Pa., Snyder Brothers completed two horizontal Marcellus Shale wells. The #1H Austin was drilled to 17,079 ft with a true vertical depth of 6,359 ft. It initially flowed 41.68 MMcf of gas per day from a perforated zone at 7,172-16,917 ft after 53stages of fracture stimulation. The #5 Austin flowed 28.97 MMcf of gas per day and was drilled to 17,705 ft, 6,319 ft true vertical. It is producing from perforations at 7,345-16,849 ft and was fractured in 50 stages.
