Accessing Capital in a Contracting Market
Much has been made about shrinking capital opportunities in the traditional oil and gas sector. This panel discussion will answer those questions and more, including:
- Can smaller companies access public equity for growth and/or consolidation?
- Does the public equity market care? Does it want or need more IPOs?
- Will a secondary market fill the void for banks leaving or shrinking their capital availability?
- Is the pendulum swinging back toward traditional oil and gas companies?
