Russia will cut oil exports to Belarus from October to December to 3 million tonnes, down from July through September's 3.5 million tonnes, the quarterly export schedule seen by Reuters showed.

Oil supplies to Minsk will be cut for the second consecutive quarter, bringing total expected oil exports to Belarus in 2016 down to 18 million tonnes from the initial plan of 24 million tonnes.

Third-quarter crude exports to Belarus were cut by 2.25 million tonnes compared to the second quarter.

At that time, Russian energy officials said that the volumes had been reduced due to conflict over Russian gas supplies. Minsk wants the price it pays for gas to be reduced.

According to the document, export allocations for the Mozyrskiy and Novopolotskiy refineries in the fourth quarter are set at 1.5 million tonnes of crude to each refinery.
