Gazprom's board of directors is to consider divesting its 10 percent stake in Interconnector (UK) Ltd, operator of a natural gas pipeline which links continental Europe and Britain.
The board will consider the "termination of participation" in Interconnector on Nov. 30, Gazprom said in a regulatory disclosure.
It owns a 10-percent stake, according to Interconnector's website.
It was not clear whether Gazprom was going to sell the stake or dispose of it by some other method.
Gazprom declined to comment.
