In Breton Sound Block 32 in Louisiana state waters, Lobo Operating Inc. has completed a development test that flowed 311 bbl. of 25-degree-gravity crude, 78,000 cu. ft. of gas and 109 bbl. of water per day. The #26 State Lease 01227 produces from Miocene perforations at 6,182-6,202 ft. The directional test was drilled to 6,430 ft. Offsetting the bottomhole to the west is an 8,500-ft. oil well, #1-R-1 State Lease 01227, that yielded 291,581 bbl. of crude, 208.4 million cu. ft. of gas and 1.9 million bbl. of water from Miocene perforations at 5,834-38 ft. Lobo's headquarters are in Covington, La.
