Century Exploration New Orleans LLC released more details on a Breton Sound Block 45 completion. The #2 State Lease 19391 flowed 7.58 million cu. ft. of gas and 943 bbl. of 37.8-degree-gravity crude per day. Production at the site was from several sets of Miocene perforations at 14,184-14,518 ft. Drilled to 15,020 ft., the Louisiana state waters well was tested on a 25/64-in. choke with a flowing tubing pressure of 5,131 psi and a shut-in tubing pressure of 8,491 psi. Metairie, La.-based Century Exploration has an active drilling program on Breton Sound Block 45, completing several wells from roughly the same surface location as its latest venture.
