Description
Chesapeake Operating Inc., according to IHS Markit, has completed the first successful producer from a multiwell pad in Converse County, Wyo. The #23H NWFU 27-34-71 USA A TR produced 527 bbl of 40-degree-gravity crude, 1.551 MMcf of gas and 883 bbl of water per day from Turner Sand at 12,441-18,408 ft. The perforations were acidized and fracture stimulated. Gauged on a 30/64-in. choke, the shut-in casing pressure was 1,146 psi after acidizing and fracturing. The initial pilot hole was drilled to 13,516 ft in Section 27-34n-71w. The Raymor Draw Field bottomed about 1 mile to the north in Section 22 to 18,473 ft and a true vertical depth of 11,918 ft.
