Chesapeake Operating Inc. released preliminary completion results from #1-23H14 Stroud 7-9, an Arkoma Basin horizontal Fayetteville producer in White County, Ark. Gas flowed at a maximum rate of 7.9 million cu. ft. per day during tests at 6,601-12,257 ft. after a 12-stage fracture stimulation. The venture was drilled to 12,360 ft., 6,268 ft. true vertical, in Section 23-7n-9w. The bottomhole location is in Section 14-7n-9w. Further completion details are not currently available.
