Description
Two Bradford County, Pa., Marcellus discoveries were announced by Oklahoma City-based Chesapeake Operating Inc. The Asylum Field wells were drill from a pad in Section 2, Colley 7.5 Quad, Terry Township. The #101HC Alexander flowed 36.869 MMcf of gas per day from perforations at 7,974-12,799 ft after fracturing. It was drilled to the south to 13,210 ft with a true vertical depth of 7,462 ft. The offsetting #104HC Alexander was drilled to 18,955 ft, 7,322 ft true vertical. It was tested flowing 61.339 MMcf of gas per day. Production is from fractured perforations at 8,299-18,940 ft.
