Description
Fortay Inc. completed a Dalhart Basin exploratory Missouri Granite Wash producer. The #1A Dark Horse is in Section 14, Block 1, WM Co (Waco Manufacturing) Survey, A-1282 in Hartley County (RRC Dist. 10), Texas. It pumped 70 bbl of 38- degree-gravity oil and 418 bbl of water from an untreated interval at 6,697-6,704 ft during a 24-hour test. According to the Sunray, Texas-based operator, the well produced 2,235 bbl of oil prior to its initial potential test. Fortay unsuccessfully production-tested three deeper Missouri zones at 6,720 ft, 6,728-44 and 6,880 ft, and Des Moines at 6,930-48 ft.
