Description
Two Harrison County, Ohio, Utica Shale discoveries were announced by EAP Ohio. The wells were drilled from a pad in Section 28-10n-5w and are in Adams Consolidated Field. The #5H Smith 28-10-5 was drilled to 21,375 ft, with a true vertical depth of 8,081 ft. It initially flowed 1,348 bbl of oil, with 12.774 MMcf of gas and 554 bbl of water daily from perforations at 8,814-21,230 ft after fracturing. The #3H Smith 28-10-5 was drilled to 23,718 and the true vertical depth is 8,026 ft. It flowed 1,228 bbl of oil, 11.779 MMcf of gas and 786 bbl of water per day from perforations at 8,515-23,565 ft.
