In Faulkner County, Ark., Southwestern Energy of Houston, completed #4-1H35 Boy Scout 8-14, an Arkoma Basin horizontal producer that flowed gas at an initial rate of 5.81 million cu. ft. per day. The discovery is in Section 1-8n-14w and produces from a fracture-stimulated lateral at 4,845-11,193 ft. in Fayetteville. The shut-in pressure was 1,639 psi, the flowing tubing pressure was 936 psi, and the absolute open flow was calculated at 8.61 million cu. ft. of gas daily. Southwestern Energy drilled the Cove Creek Field well to 11,343 ft., 4,454 ft. true vertical.
