Drilling Activity Summary
Description
In western Colorado’s Garfield County, TEP Rocky Mountain LLC completed four gas-producing, directional wells in Trail Ridge Field. The Piceance Basin ventures were drilled from a pad in Section 22-5s-97w. The #543-22-597 TW was drilled to the northwest to 9,456, 9,422 ft true vertical. It produced 2.923 MMcf of gas per day from commingled perforations in Williams Fork /Cameo (6,541-8,424 ft) Cameo/Cozzette (8,449-9,109 ft) and Corcoran (9,170-9,370 ft). Tested on a 48/64-in. choke after 12-stage fracturing, the flowing tubing pressure was 1,125 psi and the flowing casing pressure was 1,400 psi. The #444-22-597 TR was drilled to the south to 9,436 ft, 9,394 ft true vertical and produced 2.923 MMcf of gas per day from commingled perforations in Williams Fork /Cameo (6,562-8,409 ft); Cameo (8,427-8,607 ft); Cozzette (8,878-9,120 ft) and Corcoran (9,156-9,354 ft). It was tested on a 48/64-in. choke after 12-stage fracturing — the flowing tubing pressure was 1,200 psi and the flowing casing pressure was 1,350 psi. The #44-22-597 TR was drilled to the south to 9,440 ft, 9,420 ft true vertical. It produced 5,423 MMcf of gas per day from commingled perforations in Williams Fork/Cameo (6,563-8,588 ft), Cozzette /Corcoran (8,865-9,087 ft) and Corcoran (9,143-9,348 ft). It was tested on a 48/64-in. choke after 11-stage fracturing and the flowing tubing pressure was 1,288 psi and the flowing casing pressure was 1,497 psi. The #443-22-597 TR was drilled to the southwest to 9,533 ft, 9,459 ft true vertical. It produced 5.804 MMcf of gas per day from commingled perforations in Williams Fork/Cameo (6,555-8,346 ft); Cameo (8,394-8,590 ft); Cozzette/Corcoran (8,868-9,124 ft) and Corcoran (9,148-9,343 ft). It was tested on a 48/64-in. choke after 11-stage fracturing and the flowing tubing pressure was 1,239 psi and the flowing casing pressure was 1,488 psi.
