Description
Houston-based Apache Corp. reported the completion of its third high-volume horizontal well on a western Anadarko Basin drillpad in northeastern Beckham County, Okla. The #2H Apache 21-11-21, Section 28-11n-21w, was tested on an 18/64-in. choke initially flowing 820 bbl of 64-degree-gravity condensate, 4.37 MMcf of gas and 621 bbl of water per day. Production is from Marmaton Granite Wash D perforations at 13,570-17,996 ft. It was tested following 14-stage fracturing. The prospect was drilled north to 18,200 ft, 13,030 ft true vertical, and bottomed in Section 21-11n-21w.
