Linn Energy LLC of Houston reported initial test results from its first operated horizontal well that tapped Granite Wash in the western Anadarko Basin. The #2H McMahan 22 is in Section 4, Camp CSL Survey, A-24, Wheeler County (RRC Dist. 10), Texas, and produced 10.8 million cu. ft. of gas with 634 bbl. of condensate during a 24-hour test period. The completion has a north lateral of approximately 4,100 ft. and was completed with a 12-stage fracture-stimulation. Linn holds a 57% working interest in the Allison-Britt Field venture.
