Description
In McKenzie County, N.D., Continental Resources Inc. completed another Three Forks producer at its Palmer pad. The #7-25H1 Palmer was drilled in Section 25-149n-98w. The Haystack Butte Field well was drilled to 21,995 ft (11,294 ft true vertical) and bottomed in Section 36-149n-98w. It produced 1,307 bbl of 45.7° API oil, 1.836 MMcf of gas and 1,974 bbl of water per day. From perforations at 11,777-21,995 ft. Tested on a 40/64-inch choke, the flowing casing pressure was 225 psi. Continental’s headquarters are in Oklahoma City.
