It has a planned depth is 10,078 ft, 9,550 ft true vertical, and will be in Pass Wilson Field, with a bottom-hole location to the southeast in Section 8. Hilcorp’s proposed venture is just east of the Louisiana State Waters portion of the offshore Ship Shoal area. Nearby production in Pass Wilson Field is about two miles to the west of Refugio, Texas-based Hilcorp’s scheduled test.
