IHS Markit reported that Fort Worth-based Quanah Panhandle LLC has completed a horizontal producer in western Anadarko Basin-Marmaton play. The #3H Hawkeye 28 is in Section 28, Block 11, William Ahrenbeck & Brothers Survey, A-773. It initially flowed 357 bbl of 40-degree-gravity oil, 172 Mcf of gas and 1.876 Mbbl of water daily. The well was acidized and fractured and is producing from perforations at 7,173-14,526 ft. The Ochiltree County (RRC Dist. 10), Texas, venture was drilled northward about 1.5 miles across Section 29 to a bottom-hole location in Section 30, A-791. The respective measured and true vertical depths are 14,745 ft and 6,518 ft.
