Description
Results from two vertical Scurry County (RRC Dist. 8), Texas, completions were announced by Kinder Morgan Production. The Kelly-Snyder Field wells were drilled in Section 335, Block 97, H&TC RR CO Survey, A-2348. The #101-4 Sacroc Unit was drilled to 7,125 ft with a true vertical depth of 7,124 ft. It was tested flowing 153 bbl of 40° API oil, 98,000 cu ft of gas and 640 bbl of water per day from an openhole Cisco and Canyon Lime zone at 6,788-7,125 ft. Within one-quarter mile to the southeast, #99B-1A Sacroc Unit was drilled to 7,155 ft, 7,127 ft true vertical. It produced 60 bbl of 40° API oil, 41,000 cu ft of gas and 370 bbl of water per day from an openhole zone Coleman Limestone and Canyon Lime zone at 6,731-7,155 ft.
