Description
Tulsa, Okla.-based Latigo Petroleum Inc. completed two horizontal Des Moines Granite Wash producers in Hemphill County (RRC Dist. 10), Texas. The #1H Sanders 74 is in Section 74, Block 41, H&TC Survey, A-809, and flowed 8.2 million cu. ft. of gas, 358 bbl. of condensate and an estimated 773 bbl. of natural gas liquids. Additional details were not released from the Anadarko Basin prospect in the MEG Field region. In August, the company's #2H Hanson 29 flowed 16.4 million cu. ft. of gas with 377 bbl. of 57-gravity condensate and 1,272 bbl. of water per day from a short interval of the Des Moines Granite Wash in Section 29, Block 41, H&TC Survey, A-172. It was tested on a 25/64-in. choke and was acidized and fracture-stimulated. The shut-in pressure was 5,650 psi and the flowing casing pressure was 2,660 psi.
