Description
Mewbourne Oil Co. announced results from a Marmaton discovery in Ochiltree County (RRC Dist. 10), Texas, which was completed in early 2020. The well is in Section 21, Block 13, T&NO RR CO Survey, A-368 in Allen-Parker Field. Mewbourne’s #005 MCN Milledge-Pshigoda 28/37 A produced 214 bbl of 41° API oil, with 29,000 cu ft of gas per day. Production is from perforations at 7,252-17,016 ft. It was drilled to 17,110 ft and the true vertical depth is 7,016 ft. Tested on an unreported choke size, the flowing tubing pressure was 150 psi and the shut-in casing pressure was 980 psi. Mewbourne’s headquarters are in Tyler, Texas.
