Continental Resources Inc. announced results from a Middle Bakken discovery in McKenzie County, N.D. The #15-26HSL Bohmbach Federal was drilled in Section 26-153n-94w and is in Elm Tree Field. The venture flowed 1,092 bbl of 44° API oil, with 2.198 MMcf of gas and 2,103 bbl of water per day. It was drilled to 19,400 ft (10,806 ft true vertical). It was tested on an 8/64-inch choke with a flowing casing pressure of 840 psi. Production is from fractured perforations between 10,989 ft and 19,380 ft.
