Drilling Activity Summary

Description

In Wheeler County (RRC Dist. 10), Texas, a Mills Ranch Field completion flowed 40-degree-gravity oil at an initial rate of 1,532 bbl. per day, with 1.19 million cu. ft. of gas and 100 bbl. of water per day. The Sanguine Gas Exploration LLC development test, #5021H Ledbetter, is in Section 20, Block L, J.M. Lindsay Survey, A-471. Production comes from a horizontal section of the Cottage Grove (Missouri) Granite Wash at 10,640-13,950 ft. that was drilled southward in the section, then acidized and fracture-stimulated in nine stages. The 14,004-ft. (10,137 ft. true vertical) venture produced 11,000 bbl. of oil before the initial potential test, which was conducted on a 43/64-in. choke with 260-psi flowing tubing pressure. Sanguine Gas' headquarters are in Tulsa.
