Description
A Missouri granite wash producer in the western Anadarko Basin was announced by Denver-based FourPoint Energy LLC. In Wheeler County (RRC Dist. 10), Texas, #703HC Luker flowed 450 bbl of 47-degree-gravity oil with 890 Mcf of gas and 774 bbl of water per day from perforations at 11,580-16,125 ft. It was drilled in Section 3, AB&M Survey, A-2 and was tested after acidizing and fracturing. Tested on a 29/64-in. choke, the flowing tubing pressure was 550 psi. The 16,270-ft Mills Ranch Field prospect was drilled south across the section to a true vertical depth of 11,206 ft.
