Description
PCORE Exploration & Production II LLC announced results from a Wolfcamp discovery in the Hoefs T-K Field portion of Reeves County (RRC Dist. 8), Texas. The #1HA Orca North initially flowed 527 bbl of 44-degree-gravity oil, 745 Mcf of gas and 2.274 Mbbl of water per day from fracture-treated perforations at 9,897-19,423 ft. It is in in Section 19, Block C16, PSL Survey, A-5857 and was drilled to 19,680 ft, 10,043 ft true vertical. It bottomed about 2 miles to the north in Section 23. Gauged on a 42/64-in. choke, the flowing tubing pressure was 615 psi. PCORE’s headquarters are in Dallas.
