PGNiG plans to expand its exploration in southeastern Poland's Debica and Ropczyce-Sedziszow Districts following the discovery of commercial volumes of gas in the area in unconventional Miocene formations in Podkarpackie. The #38K-Sedziszow in the Nosowka Block flowed at a rate of 2.4 MMcf of gas per day and #1K-Korzeniowek in Mielec-Bojanow Block flowed at 776.92 Mcf of gas per day after the wells were connected to the company's production system.
