Description
A horizontal Des Moines Granite Wash producer was reported by Plains Exploration & Production Co. in Wheeler County, (RRC Dist. 10), Texas. The #1025H Stiles had a preliminary flow rate of 1,059 bbl. of 43-gravity oil, 907,000 cu. ft. of gas and 481 bbl. of water per day. The Stiles Ranch completion is in Section 25, Block A-3, H&GN Survey, A-207 Production comes from an interval between 11,115 ft. and 14,784 ft. after 11-stage fracturing. Gauged on a 25/64-in. choke, the flowing tubing pressure was 826 psi. The 14,799-ft. venture was drilled southward across the section to a true vertical depth of 10,608 ft.
