Description
In the Fences Concession in Poland, FX Energy's #1 Lisewo discovery well flowed at an initial rate of 7.7 million cu. ft. of gas per day. According to the company the well tapped a Rotliegend structural trap. During testing the company had a calculated maximum open flow rate of 13.4 million cu. ft. per day and the plateau production rate is forecast is 4.5-5.0 million cu. ft. per day. The Salt Lake City-based company is also considering fracturing in the field. Independent reservoir engineers have estimated that the #1-Lisewo has proved reserves of 26 billion cu. ft. and approximately 50P (2P) reserves of 36 billion cu. ft. with present values. Another structure on the southeast of the discovery will be analyzed later in 2011.
