Salt Lake City-based Questar Exploration & Production Co. completed a Cotton Valley sand test in Elm Grove Field in North Louisiana's Bossier Parish. The #4-ALT O. B. Mobley was tested flowing 3.97 million cu. ft. of gas, two bbl. of 50-degree condensate and 50 bbl. of water per day on an 44/64-in. choke from perforations at 8,621-10,056 ft. with flowing casing pressure of 820 psi. The producer was drilled to a total depth of 10,222 ft. in Section 34-17n-11w.
