Drilling Activity Summary
Description
IHS Markit reported that Anadarko Petroleum Corp. has completed two horizontal Wolfcamp producers in Reeves County (RRC Dist. 8), Texas. The #1H Cerberus 53-3-43 Unit was tested flowing 4.037 MMcf of gas, 1.049 Mbbl of 46.5-degree-gravity oil and 3.147 Mbbl of water per day from acid- and fracture-treated perforations at 11,237-20,670 ft. The flowing tubing pressure was gauged at 1,146 psi on a 55/64-in. choke and the shut-in tubing pressure was 2,919 psi. The Phantom field producer was drilled to 20,839 ft and is on a 640-acre Delaware Basin lease in Section 43, Block 56 T3S, T&P RR Co Survey, A-898. The lateral bottomed at a true vertical depth of 10,920 ft about 2 miles to the south in Section 42. The offsetting and parallel #1H Basilisk 56-3-43 Unit initially flowed 4.066 MMcf of gas, 1.113 Mbbl of 45.8-degree-gravity oil and 3.637 Mbbl of water per day from acidized and fracture stimulated perforations in Wolfcamp at 11,008-20,399 ft. Tested on a 55/64-in. choke, the flowing tubing pressure was 1,453 psi. It was drilled to 20,566 ft (10,679 ft true vertical).
