Description
Results from a directional well in Howard County (RRC Dist. 8), Texas, were announced by Hannathon Petroleum LLC. The #1 Furrh 5 was tested on gas lift with an initial daily potential of 245 bbl of 44-degree-gravity oil (no gas or water was reported) It is producing from, through acid- and fracture-treated perforations ranging from Wolfcamp at 7,668 ft to the Fusselman at 9,426 ft. The Spraberry Trend well was drilled to 9,650 ft and is on a 480-acre lease in Section 5, Block 31 T1S, T&P RR Co Survey, A-106, on the Eastern Shelf of the Permian Basin. It bottomed to the southwest at a true vertical depth of 9,519 ft.
