Description
Continental Resources Inc. completed three extended-lateral Three Forks wells from a drilling pad in Section 26-141n-99w in Billings County, N.D. According to IHS Markit, #2-26H1 Stuss was completed through unreported Upper Three Forks perforations following acidizing and fracture stimulation. During four days in March 2020, the well recovered 383 bbl of oil and 1,723 bbl of water. It was drilled to 20,803 ft and the lateral bottomed 2 miles to the south at 10,689 ft true vertical in Section 35-141n-99w. The #3-26H1 Stuss was drilled to 20,758 ft (10,694 ft true vertical) and produced 325 bbl of oil and 1,918 bbl of water during three days in March. The #4-26H1 Stuss was drilled to 21,014 ft (10,694 ft true vertical) and produced 229 bbl of oil and 2,324 bbl in four days in March. Both wells bottomed 2 miles to the south and have been placed in St. Demetrius Field.
