Description
Antero Resources Corp. announced results from three Marcellus Shale discoveries in Tyler County, W. Va. The wells were drilled from a pad in Meade Dist. Middlebourne 7.5 Quad. The #1H Kirk Hadley Unit was drilled to 14,328 ft (6,257 ft true vertical) and flowed 175 bbl of oil and 5.391 MMcf of gas per day after 39-stage fracture stimulation. Production is from perforations at 7,001- 14,320 ft. The #1H Treasury Unit was drilled to 21,584 ft (6,180 ft true vertical). It flowed 193 bbl of oil and 5.573 MMcf of gas per day from perforations at 6,669-21,432 ft after 75-stage fracturing. The #2H Treasury Unit was drilled to 21,947 ft (6,166 ft true vertical) and produced 209 bbl of oil with 6.261 MMcf of gas per day from perforations at 6,974-21,795 ft after 75-stage fracturing.
