Description
Two Howard County (RRC Dist. 8), Texas, Wolfcamp ventures were reported by Birch Operations in Spraberry Field. The wells were drilled from a drillpad in Section 18, Block 33, T&P RR Co Survey, A-1090. The #2WB Traveler 18-30 B initially flowed 1,398 bbl of 37° API oil, 619,000 cu ft of gas and 1,016 bbl of water per day from perforations at 8,762-18,973 ft. The 19,092–ft well has a true vertical depth of 8,168 ft. The offsetting #3WA Traveler 18-30 C was drilled to a total depth of 18,750 ft with a true vertical depth of 7,920 ft. It was tested flowing 1,357 bbl of 36.9° API oil, 975,000 cu ft of gas and 1,316 bbl of water during a 24-hour test. Production is from perforations at 7,927-18,750 ft.
