Cabot Oil & Gas announced results from two more Marcellus Shale-Dimock Field completions at the Powers pad in Pennsylvania’s Susquehanna County, Pa. The pad is in Section 1, Springville 7.5 Quad, Auburn Township. The #4 Powers M was drilled to 21,225 ft (6,594 ft true vertical) and produced at a daily rate of 23 MMcf of gas. Production is from a fractured zone at 12,188-21,102 ft. The #14 Powers M was drilled to 20,819 ft (6,536 ft true vertical) and flowed 39 MMcf of gas per day with a shut-in casing pressure of 1,225 psi. Production is from perforations at 7,366-20,623 ft. Cabot is based in Houston.
