Description
Two Jefferson County Ohio, Utica Shale wells were reported by Oklahoma City-based Ascent Resources. The completions were drilled from a Limestone Field pad in Section 9-8n-3w. The #1H Howell 33 NW has a total depth of 18,254 ft and a true vertical depth of 9,483 ft. It was tested flowing 23.251 MMcf of gas and 498 bbl of water daily after 47-stage fracturing. Production is from perforations at 9,925-18,116 ft. The #7H Howell 33 NE was drilled to 19,790 ft, 9,467 ft true vertical, and produced 22.25 MMcf of gas and 409 bbl of water per day. It was tested after 47-stage fracturing and is producing from a perforated zone at 9,973-19,648 ft.
