Drilling Activity Summary
Description
A western Anadarko Basin horizontal by Unit Petroleum Co. had an initial flow rate of 6.56 million cu. ft. of gas, 490 bbl. of 52-gravity condensate and 486 bbl. of water per day. The #7H Frank Shaller is in Hemphill County (RRC Dist. 10), Texas, in Section 2, GH&H Survey, A-894. The prospect produced from a fracture-stimulated, openhole lateral in Des Moines Granite Wash at 10,790-14,784 ft. Testing was gauged on a 36/64-in. choke and the shut-in and flowing tubing pressures were 1,787 psi and 1,316 psi, respectively. Unit's headquarters are in Tulsa.
