Description
PDC Energy completed a well in Section 32-5n-64w in Weld County, Colo., that is producing from multiple zones. The #1C Bath-Schmier is in Wattenberg Field and was drilled to 17,310 ft (6,958 true vertical). It produced 341 bbl of condensate, 762 Mcf of gas and 163 bbl of water per day. Production is from commingled Fort Hays (7,833-14,643 ft), Codell, (8,474-17,304 ft) and Carlile (11,469-17,110 ft). It was tested on a 16/64-in. choke and the flowing tubing pressure was 1,378 psi and the flowing casing pressure was 2,282 psi. PDC’s headquarters are in Denver.
