In Winkler County, (RRC Dist. 8), Texas, Felix Energy announced results from a Phantom Field discovery in Section 23, Block 27 Survey, A-1740. The #4H Manitou 2326-27 initially flowed 770 bbl of 42.5-degree-gravity oil, 1.21 MMcf of gas and 2,564 Mbbl of water per day from Wolfcamp. Production is from perforations at 12,428-22,391 ft. It was tested on a 36/64-in. choke with a flowing tubing pressure of 1,044 psi and a flowing casing pressure of 112 psi. The 22,533-ft venture has a true vertical depth of 12,127 ft. Felix Energy’s headquarters are in Denver.
