Apex International Energy is actively pursuing acquisitions in Egypt and other Middle East and North Africa countries. Our acquisition targets include producing assets, new development opportunities and exploration via license rounds, direct awards from host governments or farm-in’s. Apex has exploration acreage in the prolific Western Desert of Egypt governed by a Production Sharing Agreement. Thus far, we have drilled several exploration wells and discovered hydrocarbons that we will soon put onstream.
