Enivibes (76% Eni, 16% Aresys and 8% Solgeo) was established in March 2023 by Eniverse, the corporate venture builder that enhances the value of Eni's proprietary technology by identifying, creating and developing high-potential startups that explore new markets, promoting just transition and creating short-medium term value. Based in Milan, it is held by Eni with 76% interest, Aresys with 16% and Solgeo with 8%.
