Longboat Energy’s vision is to build a full-cycle E&P company focused on growth through value additive M&A transactions and with the drill-bit through exploration drilling while retaining excellent HSEQ and ESG performance.

The company’s primary countries of operation are Norway & Malaysia. In Norway the company has formed a joint venture with JAPEX to develop its business and build on its portfolio of assets. In SE Asia, the company has established itself in Malaysia where it also plans to acquire a full range of E&P assets.
