Reserve Oil & Gas, Inc. is a small independent oil and gas exploration and production company headquartered in Spencer, West Virginia.  Since the company’s inception in 1998, Reserve conducts its main oil and natural gas activities in West Virginia.  We are continuing to grow as we respond to the ever-changing challenges and opportunities of the industry with a skill set honed in competition with much larger competitors.

Reserve’s primary investment objective is the intelligent and efficient deployment of its cash flow in the pursuit of economically compelling opportunities.

Reserve Oil & Gas, Inc. is committed to conducting it operations in such a manner to advance the economic well being of its various stakeholders, including its employees, surface and royalty owners, the state of West Virginia, and the local communities in which it operates while being good stewards of the environment.
