Solstad Offshore is a Norwegian offshore service provider of specialized offshore tonnage to the international oil and gas industry.
Solstad is a global company consisting of about 4.000 employees and 137 vessels - one of the largest of its kind. The company’s main activities are concentrated on the markets in Europe, Brazil, Australia and Asia. To support the worldwide activity the company have offices located in Singapore, Brazil, the U.K., Australia, Cyprus, Philippines, Ukraine and Norway where the head office is located in Skudeneshavn.
Founded in 1964, the company renamed to Solstad Offshore from Solstad Farstad in October 2018.
