Hadley McClellan joined Hart Energy in 2022 as Vice President and General Manager of Hart Energy LIVE, the Company's Conference operation. McClellan brings more than 20 years of experience leading global events across numerous industries. McClellan's expertise encompasses event strategy, financial oversight, program development, and executional excellence to deliver on strategic and financial targets. 

Prior to Hart Energy, McClellan served as Director of the Offshore Technology Conference (OTC). While at OTC, McClellan built industry and partner relationships, delivered on budget, and materially expanded the franchise.

Prior to OTC, McClellan was in Santiago, Chile as the Director of Events for BNAmericas and later the Chief Operating Officer of AméricaEconomía where she was responsible for building and overseeing the events divisions throughout Latin America.

McClellan also held positions of Director of Events at Gulf Energy and Events Manager at Fortune Magazine. 

Hadley graduated from University of Texas with a Bachelor's degree in American Studies.
