Ørsted has named Neil O’Donovan interim CEO of Ørsted Onshore after Declan Flanagan announced his retirement, which is effective at the end of September. The company is actively recruiting for the next CEO.

S&B has named Jeff Sipes chief commercial officer.
EnerMech has named Daniel McCarthy strategic proposals director. In addition, John Morrison will retire from his position as EnerMech’s cranes and lifting director after spending 40 years in the industry.
EC-OG has appointed Angus MacDonald workshop manager and Graceann Robertson marketing manager.
Helmerich & Payne Inc. has appointed Belgacem Chariag to the board of directors.
COMPANIES
Siemens Gamesa will expand its offshore blade factory in Hull, England, by 41,600 sq m, more than doubling the size of the manufacturing facilities. The expansion represents an investment of £186 million and is planned to be completed in 2023.
Riverstone Energy Ltd. will exit its oil and gas venture in the U.S. Gulf of Mexico as part of a push to boost low-carbon energy investments. It sold its one-third ownership interest in ILX Holdings III to an institutional investment fund managed by Ridgewood Energy Corp. Read more here.
