John Hill is currently Vice-President of Natural Gas System Safety for Black Hills Energy where he is responsible for pipeline safety, risk and integrity management, training/OQ, gas control, engineering, major project execution and utility technology strategy.
Colin M. Frazier is a Manager of System Programs with the American Petroleum Institute in Washington, DC where he manages the Pipeline SMS Third-Party Assessment Program as well as the Process Safety Site Assessment Program (PSSAP).
S. David Toth is a Senior Associate of System Programs with the American Petroleum Institute in Houston, Texas where he oversees the Pipeline SMS Third-Party Assessment Program.
